Retail Assist is delighted to announce an extension in service provision to include data exchange support for global lifestyle brand, Ted Baker.
Ted Baker will use the data exchange service, Ra-X, to share data, with Retail Assist also providing key 1st and 2nd line Help Desk support.
Ra-X is a fully-managed data transformation and retail communications solution, which helps retailers to share key product data in the required formats between stores, concessions, franchises, ecommerce sites and Head Offices. With Ted Baker operating in 165 stores across the world, from airports to the high street, Ra-X translates sales data into the correct format and transfers it rapidly and securely to the required destinations.
