SubscribeThis year’s Retail Technology Show 2023 was spectacular! Across the last two days we’ve been rushed off of our feet catching up with and meeting new partners, customers and prospects to discuss the latest retail tech trends.
Showcasing a variety of new technologies such as unified commerce solutions, artificial intelligence, and robotics, we saw the latest advancements in practice, seeing how virtual and augmented reality can provide customers with an immersive shopping experience, and how artificial intelligence and robotics can improve supply chain management and inventory control.
Whilst the larger macro trends dominating conversations throughout the headline stages, this year there was a lot of focus and collaboration on how to tackle industry challenges together. Persistent challenges such as increased competition, changing customer preferences, and supply chain disruptions were met with various innovations such as AI-powered inventory management systems, personalised marketing strategies, and blockchain-based supply chain platforms.
The Retail Technology Show 2023 was truly a blast, thank you to everyone that stopped by our stand, to customers and partners for coming to catch-up with us and to all the Retail Assist team for getting stuck in and soaking up everything this brilliant show has to offer. See you next year for #RTS2024!
