Retail Assist is delighted to announce that we have won the globally recognised ‘IT Service Provider of the Year’ award at the itSMF’s annual Professional Service Management Awards.
Held on Tuesday 16th November 2021, the itSMF annual awards highlight the achievements of IT service management individuals and teams, whose skills, commitment and imagination have marked them out for special recognition.
The ‘IT Service Provider of the Year’ award is awarded to a service provider that has provided outstanding support and guidance over the last year and offered business-wide benefit for the organisations with which they work.
Nathan McDonald, judge for the itSMF PSMA said: “The winning organisation [Retail Assist] was really able to bring to life how they’ve built up a strong and lasting partnership that has helped to solve some real business challenges. Reviewing their case study and client testimonials, they left us with no doubt of the value they were able to bring from their services in what were some very challenging circumstances. There was clear measure of success, a strong sense and evidence that the experience of the customer was at the heart of their operation, and the partnership is continuing to flurry.
“The client has new opportunities for the organisation [Retail Assist] and from their awards video it is clear that they’re able to maintain a really strong work-life balance and bring some fun into the workplace.”
Along with this, we are delighted to also be on the shortlist for ‘Best Small Enterprise Managed Service Provider 2022’ at the SDI Awards, which recognises the wealth of services offered across the variety of our managed services.
Kieran Bowden, Chief Commercial Officer at Retail Assist, commented on the achievement: “It’s really fantastic that we’ve been given this privilege, it has been a very difficult year for lots of people in our industry and I’d like to say thank you to everybody in our teams who has worked extraordinarily hard over the last 18 months and kept our customers running and surviving, coming out the back of what’s been such a challenging time.”
