Customer Assurance Team are Finalists for itSMF PSMA 2023

We’re delighted to announce that our Customer Assurance team have been listed as a finalist for ITSM Team of the Year at the itSMF Professional Service Management Awards 2023. This prestigious recognition highlights the exceptional efforts and achievements of Retail Assist’s Customer Assurance team.

Through proactive assessment of internal processes and external feedback, the team has identified opportunities for enhancement and increased operational efficiency.
