We’re delighted to announce our latest customer, Hollywood Bowl Group.
Hollywood Bowl Group operates over 60 bowling alley centres across the UK, along with 3 Putt Stars mini-golf centres. Here at Retail Assist, we’ll offer support through our IT Help Desk to Hollywood Bowl Group’s centres.
Our IT Help Desk runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making us the perfect hospitality partner to cover the extended trading hours required by Hollywood Bowl.
Dave Wilson, IT Director at Hollywood Bowl Group, said: “We initially managed our IT support requirements internally but, thanks to our success, we needed to find an outsourcing partner so that our internal teams can focus on business growth instead. Alongside Help Desk support, we’ll also manage the relationship between Hollywood Bowl Group with Barron McCann, who will provide hardware maintenance support, delivering a nationwide 4-hour response for high priority issues and enabling the rapid repair or replacement of faulty devices. Barron McCann also provides engineering support to undertake on-site investigations into the cause of faults that cannot be diagnosed by Hollywood Bowl colleagues on site or remotely.
