Retail Assist Named Finalist for Managed Service Provider of the Year at the 2023 Service Desk Institute Awards

The prestigious Service Desk Institute (SDI) Awards 2023 took place last night, Monday 30th October at Eastside Rooms, Birmingham. We’d like to extend our gratitude and appreciation for being named a finalist for Managed Service Provider of the Year at this year’s awards. Although we did not win the award, we are incredibly honoured to be recognised as a top finalist among a highly competitive field.

The SDI Awards, widely regarded as the pinnacle of excellence in the IT service industry, recognise organisations that demonstrate innovation, outstanding customer service, and achieve exceptional results. Retail Assist’s outstanding performance and commitment to excellence have earned us a place as a finalist in the Managed Service Provider of the Year category.

We would like to thank our talented team whose unwavering dedication and expertise have played a significant role in reaching this remarkable milestone. It is their relentless efforts in providing exceptional support to our customers that have contributed to this recognition as a finalist.

As part of our entry for the SDI Awards, we created a parody music video of Rick Astley’s iconic hit “Never Gonna Give You Up.” The video showcases the vibrant and dynamic culture of our help desk team, highlighting the positive and enjoyable work environment we cultivate. It not only demonstrated the dedication and many creative talents of our team but it also showcases the camaraderie and passion we have for what we do.
