We are thrilled to announce that Retail Assist has once again achieved ISO 20000 accreditation, marking our 16th consecutive year of certification. This year’s achievement is particularly special as we passed the audit with a perfect 100% score – without a single opportunity for improvement (OFI) or non-conformities.
ISO 20000 is a globally recognised standard for IT service management, awarded for adhering to best practices and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) compliance. When we first earned this accreditation in 2008, we became the first retail-focused service provider to do so. Since then, our team has embedded a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring consistent service quality and proactively solving problems across all our IT services and solutions.
This milestone reaffirms our commitment to excellence. As Managing Director Kevin Greathead explains:
