From their first restaurant in Islington, London, over 45 years ago to where they now have over 250 restaurants serving 3 million guests a month, Pizza Hut Restaurants has grown into the well-loved household name that it is today.
Pizza Hut Restaurants required a ‘one stop shop’ for all UK IT Support, allowing their Huts to report and have resolved any IT related issues and queries. We became their single point of contact to log all calls, who could then fix incidents, and manage them through to resolution, including calls to 3rd parties. The Help Desk also works closely with Pizza Hut’s internal IT team to ensure a seamless partnership.
Retail Assist’s Help Desk continues to support over 7,500 Pizza Hut staff throughout the UK.
