Premier fashion retailer, Harvey Nichols, first opened its doors in Knightsbridge, London, in 1831. Much has changed over its tenure and now the brand has 7 stores in the United Kingdom and Ireland adding Edinburgh, Dublin, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Birmingham to the world renowned brand name, whilst also operating their Beauty Bazaar store in Liverpool.
Alongside their UK store estate, they also have international stores in Riyadh, Dubai, Hong Kong, Doha and Kuwait. Changing perceptions of what a “department store” entails, it also hosts restaurants, food and wine offerings, alongside designer fashion and beauty brands.
We have enjoyed a close working relationship with Harvey Nichols since 2004 and provide numerous IT services and solutions to their store estate, distribution centre and head office. Harvey Nichols initially wanted to improve their IT services while simultaneously reducing costs, treating this work as a strategic development to provide additional competitive advantage.
