We’re an award-winning retail technology company who provide IT support to high-end retailers and hospitality operators including Ted Baker, Pizza Hut, Vue Cinemas and many more!

 

What you’ll be doing

As a call analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for the users of our Help Desk, providing first-class, professional and friendly support and technical assistance to our clients:  

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails
  • Troubleshooting problems, providing a first time fix where possible
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Logging events, problems and their resolution
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues

 

You’ll be provided with the training and support required to help you develop your career within IT.

This role is a part-time position working 3 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday and one other day across the week (the 8-hour shift can be split across multiple days if required).

 

What we’re looking for…

  • Tech savvy with an interest in technology including hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • An understanding of corporate IT functions such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • A great attitude to providing customer service and making someone’s day!
  • A team player with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Determination to take ownership and see things through to resolution
  • Desire to continuously improve and grow in your role
