Three Retail Assist Colleagues Make the East Midlands Leadership Awards Shortlist!

We’re very proud to announce that three Retail Assist colleagues are finalists at the East Midlands Leadership Awards, hosted by TheBusinessDesk.com.

Samantha Wilde is a finalist in the category of ‘Young Leader’. The Young Leader category recognises Sam’s ability to make a real difference, bringing positive change and inspiring those around her. As Service Delivery Lead, Sam manages a team of Help Desk analysts and Client Leads ensuring SLAs are met, often exceeding customer requirements. Whilst working closely with clients to ensure they receive an excellent service; she always goes above and beyond for her team members.

Tony Sherwin is a finalist in the category of ‘Professional Services Leader’. This category highlights Tony’s strong leadership and the impact he has made since joining Retail Assist as Head of Technical Services in 2020. Tony is an experienced IT leader, with his focus on quality and his intelligence, he has executed strategies and improvements that have been invaluable to the success of Retail Assist.

Roland Kendall is a finalist in the category of ‘Transformational Leader’. Joining the Board of Directors in June as Chief Solutions Officer, Roland is an exceptional leader who has been instrumental to the successful delivery of Retail Assist’s solutions to major retailers.
