What you’ll be doing

You’ll be provided with the training and support required to help you develop your career within IT.

As a call analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for the users of our Help Desk, providing first-class, professional and friendly support and technical assistance to our clients:  

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails
  • Troubleshooting problems, providing a first time fix where possible
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Logging events, problems and their resolution
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues


What we’re looking for…

  • Experience working in a fast-paced help desk, support centre and/or retail environment
  • A drive to deliver excellent customer service
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of hardware, software, databases and remote access
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Great attitude and telephone skills to communicate users with different levels of IT experience
  • Thrive on a challenge, work well under pressure and have a target driven approach
  • Enjoy taking ownership to achieve a successful resolution
